Exterior:

The Sicarian skin unlike humans is virtually impenetrable this is mainly due to that fact the Sicarian's base compound in an unknown element but has remarkable durability and also the bonds between molecules in the skin are strong covalent bonds.
But because the skin still functions as a breathable layer so that diffusion can still work the skin is still supseptable to high amount of heat.

Skin still resumes is elasticity but not through collagen but something known is rictorgen which allows the skin to bend and flex but not tear, this also helps contribute to being virtually impenetrable.

Eyes of the Sicar are known to change colour with age, from this you can tell how old a sicarian's age otherwise it would be impossible as the Sicarian's bodies do not age as the body always betters itself and regenerates through a similar substance to stem cells, but unlike normal humans the Sicar had active and refluxed regeneration which causes them to grow back limbs and wounds.

Here is a list of a Sicarian's age and the colour that will be sighted.
0-20 = Red
21-50 = Orange
51-70 = Yellow
71-100 = White
101-150 = Grey
151-200 = Blue
201 + = Black

Interior:

Muscles of the Sicarii are a type of specialised cardial muscle which in turn means Sicarian's cannot tire or gain fatigue. This cardiac muscle is not only a lot bigger than an average human but also a lot more dense and compact which helps hide their true strength. Sicarian's also further develop their muscle through the harsh gravity that would normally crush a human, through this harsh gravity the Sicarii's muscle is legendary but despite what many would think this does not make them heavier. They still weigh a bit more than a human which is surprising.
A Sicarian in the harsh gravity can lift an object equalivant to a medium class tank, in less harsher gravity such as earth you can imagine what a Sicarian could lift.

The immune system is also a lot more advanced through millions and millions of years of evolving and the bodies natural alteration the immune system has been entirly passed to two types of cells known as the Quizeral and Trackers, the trackers locate and are drawn to any substance which does not originate from the body and immobilize the substance, the Quizerals then come and dispose of invading body ingesting it and outputting any useful substances that then could be replicated (The Sicarians can eat but they do not need to and it has been known that Sicarian's have eaten strange things just so they can inherit the useful property).

Respiration is a strange thing to the Sicarian's they do have lungs but they do not need to as they can respire without any external input. They can naturally convert Carbon Dioxide which is the waste product and turn it back into Oxygen, this then refers to a new borns first breath, this is a very famous ritual and tradition, this is when the child takes in their first and last breathe for the reasons above since they only need a starting amount of oxygen to set off their internal respiration.
