Space Marine vs Spartan FINAL

Ok I have now researched into both space marine and spartans including armour tactics etc
Here is who will be fighting each other

Spartan 2 in Mark VII assault armour and a normal Space Marine in Mark VIII Errant Power Armour
(Most updated armour on both sides)

Ok lets start with the armour of the space marine:
The power armour is made of Ceramite which is heat proof and shock proof and is extremely heavy and is powered (aided movement)
the source of power on the space marine is its backpack and they have had problems with it being there as it is quite a big target which makes the armour vunerable, the classic weakpoints on normal armour have been covered up, this armour weighs more than a ton which doesnt make it as agile.

Spartan Armour:
The assualt armour is made of a titanium alloy (forerunner ore) which is extremly tough to get through and wieghs less than half a ton the source power is much smaller and concealed and this armour is also powered in movement because this armour is made for agility it has weakpoints in the hinges of the body but these weakspots are heavily gaurded with a forerunner weathed in to the material making it just as strong as the rest of the armour, this armour can survive orbital drops while the space marine armour cant. and also the spartans have shields which deactivate to high heat, but in the updated armour it lasts ALOT longer

Out of armour
Both:
The SM is extremly strong and has alot more organs which does make him stronger in different enviroments while the Spartan is also extremly strong but only has enhanced organs but these organs are more advanced than the spacemarine( when i say more advanced I mean, more developed), the SM is 8ft while a spartan is 7ft-8ft and both have comms drilled into their heads

Strengths and weakness's:
The Space marine is a deadly foe dont get me wrong but they are slower than spartans and that is were they excel but spartans will not kill an unarmed foe (not sure about the SM), but the SM does have better stamina but that is due to the height and build

Weapons:
These weapons are NOT based in game, and ppl who have only played halo and not read into know NOTHING:
Bolter is extremly dangerous hands downs, but the UNSC magnum is actually extremly powerfull but doesnt match the bolter but would still rip through SM's amour with 1 or 2 rounds,

So in conclusion it WOULD be a close match but because of the weakness on the SM's back and that the Spartans are more agile I think the Spartan would win BY THE SKIIN OF HIS TEETH!!
